2015 Season

        CELTICS RECORD BREAKING SEASON COMES UP SHORT IN STATE CHAMPIONSHIP
The Celtics capped off a record breaking season finishing Runner-Up at the 2015 State Championship at OSU Scarlet on October 23 & 24. The Celtics fired a day two low score of 305 but the rally fell short of St. Xavier and overcoming their 13 shot lead that they carried into day 2 from day 1. The Celtics still have a great deal to celebrate breaking two Jerome School records. First the team low tournament score of 8 under par as a team at Pinnacle CC for the UA Invitational. The previous record was 5 under par as a team. The second record is the season record of 283-4, which is the best season record on file at Jerome. All 5 players earned numerous honors for the season. Cam Root earned 1st team All-OCC, 2nd team All-District, 1st team All-Ohio, and was Jerome athlete of the week. Adam Stephens earned 1st team All-OCC, 2nd team All-District, 2nd team All-Ohio, and was the Dispatch athlete of the week. Cam Solomon earned 2nd team All-OCC and 2nd team All-District honors. Grant Lewis also earned 2nd team All-OCC and 2nd team All-District honors. Jack Herceg rounds out the team earning 1st team All-OCC, 1st team All-District, and JJ Huddle athlete of the week honors.
